Merchandise

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for unused, unworn, and unwashed items in their original condition with tags attached.

To begin a return, please contact thesidneymichelle@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the return.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged or an incorrect item was sent.

Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment once the returned item has been received and inspected.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item. We will work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
